上海市城市创新空间发展优势度评估
Evaluation on the Superiority Degree of Urban Innovation Spatial Development in Shanghai

摘要 创新是城市经济增长的核心驱动力,近年来北京、上海等超大型城市不断强化城市的科技创新能力,提升城市的核心竞争力。创新空间是城市内部承载创新活动和新兴产业的重要空间载体,也是高科技要素密集的区域。本文根据经济学、经济地理学、城市规划等学科对城市创新空间的论述,并结合超大型城市的特征,归纳了城市创新空间中的创新基础、产业基础、人才基础、空间基础和交通基础等要素。以上海为例,基于多种要素,综合识别出市域、中心城等不同层级的创新空间的潜力。通过对创新空间要素布局的研究,进一步探索不同区域的城市创新空间的潜力。

Abstract Innovation is the core driver of urban economic growth. In recent years, megacities such as Beijing and Shanghai have been constantly strengthening their technological innovation capabilities and enhancing their core competitiveness. Innovation space is an important space carrier for innovation activities and emerging industries within a city, and it is also an area with dense high-tech elements. Based on the discussion of urban innovation space in economics, economic geography and urban planning, and combined with the characteristics of megacities, this paper summarizes the elements of urban innovation space, such as innovation foundation, industry foundation, talent foundation, space foundation and transportation foundation. Taking Shanghai as an example, the potential of innovation space at different levels, such as city area and central city, is identified based on multiple factors. Through the research on the layout of innovation space elements, the potential of urban innovation space in different regions is further explored.
