健康促进背景下城市街道空间环境测度与优化研究

摘要 城市街道是城市公共空间的重要组成,在健康促进背景下,城市街道希望通过高品质空间环境的塑造促进居民的体力活动与社会交往,鼓励慢行出行及公共交通出行,改善空气质量,减少噪声污染,创造良好的邻里氛围。本文旨在探索一种新的城市街道空间环境研究方法,从规划专业人员的视角测度城市街道空间环境,模拟改善后的情况,探索街道优化设计的潜在可能。在以往城市街道空间环境研究的基础上,借鉴伦敦健康街道建设经验,结合中国城市街道特征,建立基于证据指标的城市街道空间环境测度体系,包含8 个一级指标,25 个二级指标。实证研究选取苏州九条传统生活性街道,进行现状与改善模拟的测度,探索其优化的可能性,从而提出改善策略,进一步促进居民健康生活,激发更多的日常健康行为,实现空间环境与行为的良性互动。

Abstract Urban street is an important part of urban public space. Under the background of health promotion, the high-quality urban street environment can promote the physical travel of residents and social interaction. The design of high-quality urban encourages non-motorized travel and public transport to improve the air quality, reduce noise and create a good neighborhood environment. This paper aims to explore a new method of urban street space environment research to measure the urban street space environment from the perspective of professionals and simulate the improved urban street space environment, exploring the potential of optimizing the design. This study builds on the previous urban street space environmental research, draws on the experience of London's healthy streets, considers the characteristics of Chinese streets, and establishes an urban street space environmental measurement system based on evidence indicators, including eight first-level indicators and twenty-five second-level indicators. The empirical study selects nine traditional living streets in Suzhou to evaluate and improve the current status of evidence indicators for putting forward the improvement strategy. That will promote the healthy life of residents, stimulate more daily healthy behaviors, and realize the positive interaction between space environment and the behaviors.
