基于功能联系的城市网络发育水平综合评价——对北京、上海、广州与重庆等都市圈的实证分析

摘要 城市群是我国新型城镇化的主体形态,但学术界暂无测算城市群网络发育水平的有效手段。本研究抓住城市群功能联系本质,提炼出发展规模性、功能协同性、设施连通性、要素流动性四性特征,构建了四类共 16 项城市网络发育水平综合评价指标体系。运用手机信令数据、交通运行数据、网络抓取数据等,建立均衡指数、协同指数、流测度指数等数学模型,对北京、上海、广州与重庆等都市圈进行实证测算,揭示出各地区网络发育水平的真实差异,为新时期城市群发育程度综合评价探索了一套可行方案。

Abstract Urban agglomeration is the main form of China's new urbanization. However, there is not effective evaluation method for measuring the development level of urban network in academic. Based on the essential function connection, the article sums up four characteristics of scale, functional synergy, facility connectivity and factor mobility, to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of four types 16 indexes. Then it use mobile phone signaling, traffic operation, network capture and other big data to construct the mathematical model of the equilibrium index, the synergy index and the “flow measurement” index, and calculate metropolitan areas such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing. The real difference in the level of regional network development explores a set of feasible schemes for the comprehensive evaluation of the development of urban agglomerations in.
