信息流视角下成渝城市群城市网络演化及启示

摘要 随着互联网的快速发展，信息联系已成为城际要素流动的重要组成部分。本文基于流动空间理论，利用可表征互联网搜索量的“百度指数”来模拟城际信息流联系，分析成渝城市群 2012 年、2015 年、2018 年三个时段的区域城市网络演化特征，并比较其与《成渝城市群发展规划（2016—2020）》空间结构目标的契合度，进而讨论基于信息流视角的成渝城市群空间格局影响及启示。主要结论有：从信息流城市网络的整体演化过程看，成渝城市群显现出成都、重庆双核引领的非均衡态势，分析结果与《成渝城市群发展规划（2016—2020）》提出的空间结构目标基本吻合，但城镇密集区等次级区域的发展水平仍较弱；在信息流视角下，区域空间的结构优化要注重信息基础设施建设，也须利用城市的自然、人文特色来提升城市的信息影响力，促进民众的城际认知和交流，进而推动区域在信息时代的协调发展。

Abstract With the rapid development of the Internet, information connections have become an important part of the flow of inter-city elements. Based on the theory of space of flow, the paper uses Baidu Index to represent the inter-city information flow, analyses the evolution characteristics of the information-based city network of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration in 2012, 2015 and 2018, compares the fit with the spatial structure goal of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration Development Plan(2016-2020), and then discusses the development and enlightenment of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from the perspective of information flow. The main conclusions are as follows: The overall evolution characteristics of the city network highlight the unbalanced situation led by Chengdu and Chongqing, and the analysis results are basically consistent with the spatial structure goals proposed by the Plan, but some secondary areas’ network structure is still weak. From the perspective of information flow, the optimization of regional spatial structure should not only pay attention to the construction of information infrastructure, but also need to make use of the natural and cultural characteristics of the city to enhance the city's information influence. So as to promote the inter-city cognition and communication of people, and then promote the coordinated development of the region in the information age.
