面向人本可持续的社区综合体功能布局创新探索——以《成都市社区综合体功能设置导则》为例

摘要 随着我国社会治理进入新发展阶段，各地全面构建社区生活圈体系，社区综合体作为集成多种生活服务的社区中心，是推进社会治理和服务下沉的战略抓手，也是提升社区服务能力的重要路径。文章从功能设置、空间布局、建议运营三个角度梳理国内社区综合体的发展现状，以成都市社区综合体功能布局创新探索为例，探讨围绕人本需求落实社区治理新理念的实践，以期为社区服务优化工作提供参考。

Abstract As China's social governance has entered a new stage of development, the community life circle system has been fully constructed in various places. Community complex, as a community center integrating various life services, is a strategic starting point to promote social governance and service subsidence, and an important path to improve community service capacity. This paper summarized the development status of domestic community complex from three perspectives of function setting, spatial layout suggestion and operation. Taking the innovative exploration of function layout of community complex in Chengdu city as an example, this paper discussed the practice of implementing the new concept of community governance around human needs, in order to provide reference for the optimization of community service.
