亚热带地区健康城市评价体系研究——以广州为例

摘要 在《“健康中国 2030”规划纲要》发布及突发公共安全事件的背景下，如何建设以人民为中心的健康城市正成为我国城市规划界、公共卫生界的热点问题。健康城市评价是健康城市建设的前置工作，目前国内外均有大量的健康城市评价实践和研究，也建立了丰富多样的健康城市评价或建设指标体系，但并未形成统一的标准。本文以广州市为例，结合亚热带城市特点，构建了广州亚热带特色的健康城市评价体系，并对广州市健康城市现状进行分析。

Abstract In the context of popular public safety events such as Healthy China and the COVID-19, how to build a healthy city for the people is becoming a hot issue in China's urban planning and public health circles. Healthy city evaluation is the prerequisite for healthy city construction. At present, there are a large number of healthy city evaluation practices and researches at home and abroad, and a rich variety of healthy city evaluation or construction index systems have been established, but at present there is no unified standard. This paper takes Guangzhou as an example and combines the characteristics of Guangzhou's subtropical megacity to construct a healthy city evaluation system in Guangzhou, and analyzes the current status of healthy cities in Guangzhou.
