基于HUL 遗产特征认知的历史城市特色提升策略研究——以济宁历史城区为例
Research on the Urban Feature Enhancement of Historical Cities under HUL Characteristic Analysis: Taking the Historical District of Jining as an Example

摘要 针对目前我国大部分历史城市面临的整体留存情况差、城市文化特色不明显、缺少吸引力的困境，文章引入历史性城镇景观理论和方法，以济宁历史城区为例，从时间与空间维度，深入分析、解读地域文化层积与空间层积的特征。一方面，以文化层积要素作为城市价值呈现的资本与基础，与遗产阐释及展示系统相对应，完成文化层面的城市价值特色提升；另一方面，在时间维度上划分不同的空间层积类型，并结合价值特色呈现进行空间景观层面的控制与引导，最终在物质层面完成城市景观特色的提升。

Abstract At present, most of the historical cities in our country are facing the dilemma of poor overall retention, unclear urban cultural characteristics and lack of attractiveness. This article introduces the historical urban landscape theory method, taking Jining historical city as an example, from the time and space dimensions, making in-depth analysis and interpretation of regional cultural stratification and spatial stratification characteristics. Firstly, using cultural stratification elements as the capital and basis for urban value presentation, meanwhile, corresponding to the heritage interpretation and display system, to complete the promotion of urban value characteristics at the cultural level. Secondly, it divides the different types of spatial stratification in the time dimension and combines the presentation of value characteristics to control and guide the spatial landscape level to complete the improvement of the urban landscape characteristics on the material level.
