广州城市更新的经验与前瞻
Experience and Prospects of Urban Renewal in Guangzhou

摘 要：本文通过梳理广州城市更新自20 世纪80 年代至今的实践脉络，论述三个阶段特定与相应的决策机制，并结合相关案例分析了政府、市场、居民等多个主体之间的权利、责任关系，归纳其中存在的五个范型。文章在实证回顾的基础上，思辨中国城市更新未来的实践方向。

Abstract ：By conducting a retrospective study on the urban renewal practices in Guangzhou city since 1980s, this paper analyzes the features and the corresponding decision-making mechanism of three stages, concluding five paradigms from several cases about rights and responsibilities of the stakeholders including the government, market, and residents. Based on the empirical review, this paper carries out the thinking about the practical direction of urban renewal in future China.
