宝山区联东村等四村联改问题及解决对策

摘 要：本文从宝山区大场镇联东村、葑村村、丰收村、丰明村的“城中村”多村联合改造入手，对联合改造中存在的问题进行研究，提出相应的建议和解决措施，以推动多村联合改造的顺利开展，实现区域的整体发展和平衡。通过对多村联改问题的研究，我们总结出多村联改在“城中村”改造中的独特优势，主要体现在解决历史遗留问题、基础设施和公共服务设施建设以及区域内指标平衡方面。文章希望通过本次研究，对未来“城中村”的改造工作有所启示。

Abstract ：Starting with the problems in joint transformation of four villages in Baoshan district, this paper puts forward correspondent suggestions and measures to promote multi-village joint transformation and finally achieve the overall development and balance of the region. There are many unique advantages of multi-village joint transformation in urban village renovation, such as solving the problems left over by history, constructing infrastructure and public service facilities and balancing regional index. Moreover, this paper tries to make helpful suggestions for further transformation of villages in cities.
