长江经济带国家级高新技术产业开发区发展指数研究
A Study on Development Index of National High-Tech Industrial Development Zones in Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘 要：本研究在充分借鉴国内现有的园区评价指数的基础上，从园区综合经济与发展质量、科技创新与产业发展、投资环境等方面构建了长江经济带国家级高新技术产业开发区发展指数评价体系。随后，以长江经济带范围内的61 个国家级高新技术产业开发区为例，开展了园区经济实力指数、科技创新指数、投资环境指数和综合发展指数的实证研究。研究成果旨在为长江经济带产业协同发展、园区合作和企业投资选址提供科学依据。

Abstract ：On the basis of the domestic existing evaluation index of development zones, the development index evaluation system of national high-tech industrial development zones in Yangtze River Economic Belt has been established from the aspects of comprehensive economy and development quality, technological innovation and industrial development and the investment environment and so on. Then, taking the 61 national high-tech industrial development zones in the YangtzeRiver Economic Belt as examples, the empirical research of economic power index, scientific and technological innovation index, investment environment index and comprehensive development index, has been carried out. The aim of this study is to provide a scientific basis for the coordinated development, cooperation and investment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
