供给侧改革背景下的我国房地产市场长效机制研究

摘   要:在我国推进供给侧结构性改革的背景下,2016 年中央经济工作会议提出要建立房地产市场的长效机制。本文从目标、内容和支撑性改革措施等方面,探讨了如何建立房地产市场的长效机制。建立长效机制应首先明确机制的目标,必须在住房、土地和金融三个市场同时发力,发挥不同政策的协同效应。同时,要充分发挥长效机制的作用,需要其他重要改革来支持,这将是一个长期的过程。

 

关键词:长效机制,房地产泡沫,金融风险

 

Abstract :The 2016 Central Economic Working Conference proposed the establishment of a long-term mechanism of the real estate market in the context of supply-side structural reform in China. This paper discusses how to establish the long-term mechanism of real estate market from the aspects of target, content and supporting reform measures. Establishing the long-term mechanism needs to clarify the targets and take action in the housing market, the land market and the financial market simultaneously. At the same time, the effects of the long-term mechanism depend on the advances in other fundamental reforms, so it will be a long process.
