摘 要：在我国当前城市转型发展的宏观背景下，“生态修复、城市修补”的实践将有助于探索我国城市转型阶段的发展之路。本文以三亚实践为例，从城市发展建设的现状、“生态修复、城市修补”实施的策略及其工作启示三个层面来探求“城市双修”实施的路径。

Abstract ：Under the circumstance of urban transformation in China, city betterment and ecological restoration programs will help to explore the way of urban development in this stage. This paper will focus on the strategy of implementing city betterment and ecological restoration programs with the analysis of urban construction and practice in Sanya.
