农村在城市生态规划中的地位
The Role of Rural Areas in Urban Ecological Planning

摘 要：农村，尤其是发达地区或大城市周边的农村，其传统的产品功能会逐步让位于服务功能。其向城市提供的服务主要是两个方面，一是传统文化的保留，二是包括景观、净化、生物多样性在内的生态服务功能。这些服务价值是可以叠加的。在产品生产的基础上，向城市居民提供各类服务，农村可以从中获得新的发展机遇。为此，城市规划中需要重视对农村的保护，注意整合乡野景观和文化与城市绿地和林地的关系，充分发挥农村生态服务功能。在此基础上，上海这样的大都市周边的农村地区可以根据自身的区位特点，一镇一村地构建自身的服务经济特色。

Abstract ：In rural areas, especially in the developed area or city surrounding rural areas, the traditional product function will gradually give way to the city to provide services. The service is mainly divided into two aspects. One is to retain the traditional culture. The other is to include landscape, purification, biodiversity and ecological service function. All those service values can be accumulated. By providing various services for city residents, rural areas can get new development. For this reason, we need to pay attention to the protection of the rural city planning, rural landscape and the relationship between attention and integration of city green space and forest land and need to give full play to the rural ecological service function. On this basis, the surrounding areas such as Shanghai metropolitan areas can build their own service economic characteristics for every town and every village by depending on their own location characteristics.
