Self-sustaining Function and Planning’s Assistance: On Planning of Yuan Village and Its Implications

摘   要：以袁家村乡村发展为例，从新型城镇化发展的要求出发，坚持就地城镇化发展理念，从袁家村规划建设、产业发展转型、民俗文化展示等多元角度进行深入研究，总结研究新型城镇化背景下的乡村发展自我造血、自我更新、可持续发展路径。

Abstract ：Based on the rural development in Yuan Village, all should be adhered to the development of local towns and new kind urbanization to study the development of Yuan Village from planning and construction, industrial restructuring, a folk culture layout. By such study of multiple perspectives, the research of new urbanization under the background of village self hematopoiesis, self renewal and sustainable development can be summarized.
