低碳生态规划技术集成与实施推进的系统解决方案——以深圳国际低碳城系列规划为例

摘 要:通过对低碳生态城市建设的相关理论及策略的梳理,创新性地提出追求综合效益最优的系统集成和营城方略的低碳生态规划思路,并基于深圳国际低碳城系列规划的探索性研究,有效结合发展背景,制定低碳生态技术集成、实施推进的综合策略与系统方案,为当前的低碳生态城市规划研究与实践提供参考。

Abstract :By reviewing various theories and strategies about low—carbon and ecological city, we creatively propose a set of planning strategies that would not only increase the technical aggregation benefits, but also make the city a better place. Based on the explorative researches carried out during the performing of the Serial Plan of Shenzhen International Low—carbon City, a technically aggregated and implantation orientated solution is formed to provide an effective model for the current low—carbon and ecological planning researches and practices.
