以城市更新的思维促进海口中心城区空间品质提升
Promoting the Quality of Haikou Central City with Urban Renewal Thinking

摘 要：结合对党的十九大报告精神的学习，本文认为中国城镇化发展进入新的转折期，补齐短板成为城市发展面临的新挑战。总结海口在城市转型发展阶段对城市更新工作的探索与实践，并结合三角池片区综合环境整治这一典型案例，强调城乡规划专业在呼应新时代发展要求的同时，应贯彻落实党的十九大提出的新理念，发挥促进城市转型发展的积极作用。

Abstract ：Combined with the study of the report at 19th CPC National Congress ,this paper believes that China's urbanization development has entered a new turning point, and the shortcomings have become a new challenge for urban development. It summarizes the exploration and practice of Haikou's urban renewal during the urban transformation and development, and combines the typical case of comprehensive environmental improvement in the triangle pool area, emphasizing that the urban and rural planning professionals should comply with the development requirements of the new era as well as implement the new ideas of 19th National Congress to play a positive role in promoting urban transformation and development.
