深圳市轨道交通出行特征及其与土地利用的关系

摘 要:近年来,经济飞速发展,城市化进程日益加快,所带来的城市问题也日益严重。轨道交通作为大运量的交通工具,在解决城市交通问题上起着至关重要的作用,其站点和沿线土地的利用及开发也呈现出规律性的变化。本文以深圳市为研究对象,通过对其轨道交通出行的时空特征和站点周边的土地利用情况进行关联,建立回归分析模型,探寻轨道交通客流量和沿线土地利用类型之间的相互关系,最终得出,在不同的时间段内,站点周边的土地利用类型与客流量的关系会发生变化。

Abstract :With the rapid economic development and accelerated urbanization process, the city problems are more and more serious in recent years. The track,as a large-capacity means of transportation, plays a vital role in solving urban traffic problems. The stations and the development along the sites also show a regular change. Taking Shenzhen as an example, this paper correlates the temporal and spatial characteristics of its rail transit travel and the land use conditions around the site to establish a regression analysis model and further explores the relationship between the urban rail transit ridership and the land use of Shenzhen. It turns out that the relationship between land use type and traffic ridership changes during different periods.
