摘 要：随着市场经济制度的发展，西方城市社区的人际关系逐渐转变为理性、冰冷的市场关系和法律关系，进而导致西方社区趋于衰落。这种趋势也普遍存在于改革开放之后的中国城市社区中。重新挖掘中国传统文化中的治理资源，复兴法治与德治之外的第三条道路——礼治，发挥其在城市社区中的治理能量，使个人脱离原子化、私向化、冰冻化的生存状态，使城市社区不仅是物理性的“生存空间”，还是人与人交流互动、和睦互助、诚信礼爱、有温度的“社区共同体”。本文结合上海市Y 街道创建礼治社区的基层治理实践，展示了礼治对于重构当代中国城市社区治理秩序的重要价值。

Abstract ：With the development of the market economy system, the interpersonal relationship of the western urban community is gradually transformed into rational,cold market relations and legal relations, which leads to the decline of the western community. This trend is also prevalent in Chinese urban communities after the reform and opening-up. This paper tries to re-excavate the governance resources in Chinese traditional culture and revise the third road beyond the rule of law and the rule of virtue, which is the rule of li. In this way, it can exert its governance energy in the urban community to make individuals get out from the atomic, private, and frozen state of existence. And urban community is not only a physical "living space", but also a warm "community" where people can communicate, help and be friendly with each other. This paper also shows the important value of li in reconstructing the order of urban community governance in contemporary China with the practice of grassroots governance in Y street of Shanghai City as an example.
