“社区中国”：原理、地位与目标
“Community China” : Its Principles, Roles and Goals

摘 要：中国社会的转型展现了一幅长期而波折的成长图景，即从传统的“乡土中国”到“单位中国”再到“社区中国”。中国改革开放近四十年的历程实际上既是一个重新发现和重新培育社会的过程，也是一个重新发现和重新培育社区的过程。人的社群性、社会资本、关联物权（相邻权）、内生权利与积极义务构成了“社区中国”成长的基本原理。社区的重要地位体现在它是拯救城市的一道底线。安全社区、卫生社区、友善社区、互助社区、公益社区和良治社区构成“社区中国”目标的几个维度，呈现出阶梯状的发展进程。

Abstract ：The transformation of Chinese society has experienced a long and circuitous growth, namely, from rural China, unit China to community China. The process of China’s reform and opening-up has lasted for nearly forty years, which is not only a process of rediscovering the society, but also a process of rediscovering communities. Community value, social capital, associated real rights, natural rights and positive obligation have made up the basic principles of community China. The community has played a vital role in saving the city. The objectives of community China have several dimensions with ladder-like development, which means building a safe, healthy, friendly and wisely governed community where people can help each other and benefit the public.
