生态文明建设规划的方法与思路

摘 要：建设生态文明是美丽中国永续发展的必然选择，也是实现伟大中国梦的必由之路。本文根据党的十九大，十八大与十八届三中、四中、五中与六中全会的要求，提出了“一个定位、两个要点、三段分析、四个统一、五大体系、六大保障”的生态文明建设规划体系，旨在为建成人与自然和谐发展的小康社会以及加快推进社会主义现代化建设提供政策借鉴。

Abstract ：The construction of ecological civilization is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of beautiful China and the only way to realize the great Chinese dream. In accordance with the requirements of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the third plenary session, the forth plenary session, the fifth plenary session and the sixth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee, this paper proposes an ecological civilization construction planning system composed of “one position, two points, three paragraphs, four unifications, five major points and six guarantees”, aiming at providing reference for building a well-to-do society in harmony with nature and accelerating socialist modernization.
