摘 要：本文分析了生态城市设计研究的进展，指出当前生态城市设计在城市中观尺度的系统研究不足，初步阐述了绿色街区城市设计的基本概念和基本原则，并提出了绿色街区城市设计研究体系，构建了绿色街区城市设计研究模型。文章还制定了适应不同生态环境要素和不同空间特性的绿色街区城市设计策略，初步提出了绿色街区可持续发展的指针系统，进一步探讨了信息技术与节能技术在绿色街区城市设计中的应用。

Abstract ：Based on the analysis of the research progress of ecological urban design,the paper points out that the deficiency in the current system research of ecological urban design on the medium scale, and preliminarily sets forth the basic concept and basic principles of green blocks in the urban design. It also puts forward the design system and design model of green blocks. Furthermore, it proposes the urban design strategy of green blocks based on different ecological environmental elements and space characteristics as well as sets up an indicator system for the sustainable development of green blocks. And then it discusses the application of information technology and energy saving technology in the design of green blocks.
