城乡协调视野下的我国特色小镇发展
The Development of Chinese Distinctive Towns under the Coordination of Urban and Rural Development

摘 要：在我国“城市病”凸显、农村空心化的背景下，特色小镇建设对于城乡协调发展、解决城乡问题具有重要的意义。本文拟在借鉴欧美特色小镇建设经验的基础上，结合我国的国情和资源约束，提出“环境—文化—产业”三位一体的特色小镇发展模式，同时提出特色小镇发展需要通过特色服人、环境诱人、文化留人、产业聚人来实施其发展战略与路径。

Abstract ：The construction of Chinese distinctive towns has a role to play in coordinating the development and solving the problems of urban and rural areas in the context of serious urban diseases and hollow rural areas. Based on the experience of constructing distinctive towns in Europe and America, this paper proposes the development mode of an “environment-culture-industry” trio for constructing Chinese distinctive towns in light of national conditions and resource constraints. And it also points out that China’s development strategy and implementation path of distinctive towns is serving and attracting people with distinctive services, environment, culture and industries.
