城镇化的城乡人口差别效应和城乡发展

摘 要：本文主要分析城镇化过程中乡—城迁移产生的城乡差别效应，特别聚焦城乡的人口差别效应，在此基础上探讨城镇化和城乡发展的有关问题。由于城镇化过程中乡—城迁移人口的选择性，城镇化的城乡人口差别效应表现在城乡人口年龄结构、人口受教育程度、人口就业、人口密度等方面。本文提出，应该坚持“以新型城镇化为主轴实现新城镇和新农村建设双轮驱动”，同时针对在新型城镇化过程中充分利用和创造人口红利提出若干战略建议。

Abstract ：This paper mainly analyses differential urban-rural effects in the process of urbanization, focusing on the demographic differences between urban and rural areas.Based on this, it discusses issues related to urbanization and urban-rural development.Due to the selectivity of rural population during urbanization, the differential urban-rural effect of population is reflected on the age structure, education, employment, population density and other aspects. This paper proposes that we should adhere to the “two engines of urbanization and new countryside construction”. At the same time, several strategic inspirations have been put forward to fully utilize and create demographic dividends in the process of new urbanization.
