社区网络视角下的城市内部迁居特征探析—以安徽省安庆市为例
Study on the Characteristics of Intra-urban Residential Mobility from the Perspective of Community Network: A Case Study of Anqing City, Anhui Province

摘要 文章阐释了“城市内部迁居”和“社区网络”的概念，并提出两者的关系假设，在既有研究综述的基础上，明确本研究主要的问题；采用社区网络分析方法，通过社区中介中心性、社区迁居联系度以及社区迁居集聚度三个指标，对城市内部迁居特征和机理进行实证研究。基于对安徽省安庆市中心城区 2221 份有效样本的问卷调查与数据统计，建立以社区为考察分析单位、定性定量相结合的城市内部迁居的中观层面研究。研究结果表明，安庆市中心城区迁居呈现出显著的社区网络层级结构，存在处于中心城区整体层面、片区层面以及组团层面的迁居结构性过渡社区。

Abstract The paper first interpretates the concept of intra-urban residential mobility, raises a new concept of "community network", and formulates a hypothesis about the relationship between the two concepts; then based on the literature review, it puts forward the main research questions. Bringing a perspective and using an analysis method of community network, and adopting three indexes, an empirical study is conducted to treat the characteristics and mechanism of intra-urban residential mobility. Taking Anqing City as an example, and based on 2221 effective-sample-questionnaires and data analysis, this paper establishes a meso-level study on intra-urban residential mobility with communities as qualitative and quantitative analysis units.
