撤县设区背景下土地利用影响机理— 以宁波鄞州为例

摘要 撤县设区对当地的土地利用、景观格局以及经济社会发展都具有深远的影响。本文基于三个不同时相的 Landsat TM 遥感影像 , 采用多种空间分析方法，揭示撤县设区对于土地利用格局变化的影响机理：一是工业园区、产业园区等通过点状方式影响建设用地分布；二是公路等交通基础设施通过线状方式对建设用地产生影响；三是中心城区、生态功能区、旅游度假区等通过面状方式改变耕地、林草地和水域的占比。

Abstract "Turning County into District" has far-reaching effects on local land use, landscape pattern, and economic and social development. Based on Landsat TM remote sensing images of three different phases, a variety of spatial analysis methods were used to reveal the mechanism of the impact of the districts on the land use pattern. First, industrial parks and alike affect the distribution of construction land through point-like methods; second, the transportation infrastructure such as highways has an impact on the construction land through a linear method; third, the central city, ecological function areas, tourist resorts, etc. change the proportion of cultivated land, forest grassland and waters through a planar way.
