回望成都70年城市发展与规划建设
A Review of Chengdu's Development and Urban Planning in the Last 70 Years

摘要 成都具有 4500 余年文明史和 2500 余年建成史，城名未变、城址未改，自古就是一座重要城市。建国以来，成都与时俱进、砥砺前行，从解放初期的西南重镇，发展到位列全球排名第 71 位的中国新一线城市，城市的功能、结构、面貌都发生了日新月异的变化。为了展现这70年成都城市发展与规划建设的情况，本文在回顾成都城市发展历程的基础上，围绕城市总体规划与空间格局、对外开放与枢纽建设、城市文化、宜居环境四大版块，梳理成都城市发展的主要特征，以期更好地把握成都未来城市发展的趋势和方向，并对其他城市提供有益借鉴。

Abstract Chengdu has a history of over 4500 years of civilization and over 2500 years of construction. Its name and site have not changed. It has been an important city since ancient times. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, Chengdu has been advancing with the times and advancing steadily. From the important southwest town in the early liberation period, Chengdu has developed into a city ranking 71st in the world. The function, structure and appearance of the city have changed rapidly. In order to show the urban development and planning construction of Chengdu in the past 70 years, based on the review of the urban development process of Chengdu, this paper combs the main achievements of Chengdu's urban construction around the four sections of urban planning and spatial pattern, opening-up and hub construction, urban culture and livable environment, with a view to better grasp the future of Chengdu’s urban development, and to provide useful reference for other cities.
