都市圈空间范围划定的方法体系研究

摘要 在规划体系重构的背景下，都市圈作为当前国土空间规划中的重要规划单元，其规划空间范围划定成为业界关注的重点和技术难点。本研究在对现有技术方法进行梳理的基础上，建构了一套都市圈空间范围划定的总体思路和技术方法体系，以期为新一轮都市圈国土空间规划的开展提供方法指导。最后，文章以徐州都市圈为案例，基于不同的定量（如路径导航技术支撑下的可达性分析等）、定性以及规划愿景等分析方法，为都市圈空间范围划定提供了典型的范例参考。

Abstract Under the background of the reconstruction of planning system, metropolitan area is an important planning unit in the current territorial spatial planning, and the delimitation of its planning space scope has become a key issue. With the help of analyzing the existing technology and methods, this study constructs a method system of delimitating the spatial scope of metropolitan area, in order to provide methodological guidance for the reverent planning. Finally, taking Xuzhou metropolitan area as an example, based on different quantitative analysis (such as accessibility analysis supported by path navigation technology), qualitative and planning vision analysis methods, this paper provides a typical example for the delimitation of metropolitan area spatial scope.
