双链视角下长三角城市群网络关系再认识
Recognition of Network Relationship within Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration from the Double-Stranded Perspective

摘要 城市群被确立为我国城镇化的主体形态，是我国提升区域竞争力、提高国际分工地位的重要抓手。城市群如同一个生态系统，只有更清晰和客观地认知了这种群落的生态关系和状态，才能让城市群规划这只“外部的手”更好地进行科学调控而非失灵或者干预不当。目前，立足市场视角分析城市群的研究较少，使得客观地评估城市群自发形成的网络，以及由此衍生出的城市间关系的认知薄弱。本研究选择我国发育最为成熟的长三角城市群作为研究案例，构建“价值链—控制链”组合分析框架，采用网络分析法，对长三角城市群分工角色与关系类型进行再认识的研究，以期为城市群理论研究、规划编制、政策制定等提供依据。关键词 长三角城市群，价值链，控制链，网络分析
Abstract Urban agglomeration serves as the vital grasp on promotion of competitiveness and global status of China. Urban agglomeration can be regarded as an ecosystem. Only if researchers get to know the relationships and status within urban agglomeration objectively, can the government intervene in market failure effectively by planning. Previous studies failed to perceive the urban agglomeration system from market perspective to evaluate the network which is spontaneously formed and the relationship between cities. As the most typical representative, the Yangtze River Delta is worthy of study and plays an enlightening role towards other urban agglomerations. Based on previous studies, this paper built a duplex analysis framework of combining value chain with control chain to conduct a research of division of roles and types of relations within the Yangtze River Delta, hoping to offer suggestions for urban agglomeration plan, planning and regulation, policy making and other related issues.
