摘要 基于对生态化、文明化的诠释，提出了“生态－文明化”的概念界定及特性认知，对纽约（包括高线公园）的生态－文明化转型的若干动态进行了分析，并结合案例，从空间环境氛围营造、政策制度设计、人力资本素质提升三个方面讨论了城市生态－文明化转型的相关重要议题。

Abstract Based on the principle of ecologicalization and civilizing, this paper puts forward the definition of ecological-civilized transformation, and dissects its characteristics. This paper also analyses the general trend of affairs on ecological-civilized transformation in New York and in High Line Park. Combined with case studies, some important issues on urban ecological-civilized transformation and development have been discussed from three aspects of space environment, policy institution and human capital.
