街区公共空间特征与使用需求匹配研究

摘要 使用需求的多样化与公共空间的复合化相互作用，将产生超越现实生活的诸多可能，从而影响公共空间活力。本文着重研究空间要素与需求要素相互关联的复杂性与随机性，并衍生出匹配概念。利用实证调查和 AHP 分析方法，分析街区公共空间中影响空间特征与使用需求的主要因素，并建立两者的双边匹配模型。最佳匹配结果显示为社会属性与主体差异性的匹配、功能属性与空间配置的匹配、空间属性与时间分配的匹配、时间属性与活动类型的匹配，据此提出街区公共空间更新设计的引导性建议。

Abstract The compound interaction between various demands and public space results in many consequences beyond reality, which exerts influence over vitality of public space. Therefore, this paper focuses on the complexity and randomness of this interaction, and the concept of matching is derived. To be specific, with the help of empirical investigation and AHP, this matching model is based on the analysis of major elements affecting spatial characteristics and usage requirements in the public space of blocks. The best results are the matching of social attributes and subject differences, of functional attributes and spatial configuration, of spatial attributes and time allocation, and of time attributes and activity types, on the basis of which, suggestions for the renovation of public space are proposed.
