新经济视角下城市空间载体的供给侧改革研究—以开封市为例

摘要 促进新经济发展、建设创新型城市，是激发开封市发展内生动力的重要手段之一。本文从新经济和供给侧改革出发，结合城市空间生产的相关理论，提出新经济空间供给侧的理论框架，并针对开封市的具体情况进行分析，对开封城市空间载体的供给侧改革提出了应对策略，为开封市的发展建设提供参考。

Abstract Promoting the development of new economy and building an innovative city are key to stimulate the development of Kaifeng. Combined with the relevant theories of urban space production, this paper proposes the theoretical framework for the supply-side structural reform under the new economy, analyzing the specific situation facing this city, and proposes a coping strategy, which is expected to provide reference for the development and construction of Kaifeng.
