Protection and Utilization of Industrial Heritage in Northeast China from the Perspective of Heritage Tourism

摘要 工业遗产承载着东北地区社会发展的脉络。遗产旅游的方式有助于工业遗产的保护与活化利用，对促进东北地区的文脉传承和区域振兴有着重要的意义。本文从遗产旅游的视角出发，以东北地区工业遗产为研究对象，梳理其历史成因与价值，针对其现状特征，从遗产地旅游框架构建、提升旅游者游憩体验、建立健全法律法规等角度，提出遗产旅游视角下的东北地区工业遗产保护与利用策略，以期为今后工业遗产的活化利用提供参考。

Abstract The industrial heritage reveals the context of social development in northeast China. Heritage tourism contributes to the protection and active utilization of industrial heritage and is of great significance to promote the cultural heritage inheritance and regional revitalization in northeast China. From the perspective of heritage tourism, this article takes the industrial heritage in northeast China as research object, telling its historical causes and values. Considering its current situation, from the perspectives of building a heritage tourism framework, this paper discusses the way to enhance tourists’ recreational experience, and to establish and improve laws and regulations. In terms of tourism, this paper proposes industrial heritage protection and utilization strategies in northeast China, hoping to provide a reference for the activation and utilization of industrial heritage in the future.
