从“拾遗”到“拾趣”，探索工业遗存与城市发展的“共融”之路——以成都市中心城区为例
From Resource Protection to Activating Utilization, Exploration on the Integrative Development of Industrial Heritage and Cities: A Case Study on the Central Urban Area of Chengdu City

摘要 工业遗存是城市重要的时代与文化资源。经过多年的探索，工业遗存已从“被人关注”转变为“被寄予厚望”，其保护和利用也更加重视与城市发展的互融。本文以成都市中心城区为例，结合城市发展机遇，整理工业遗产资源，制定在地保护标准，探寻了一套以“使用即是最好的保护”为原则的保护与利用方法，展示工业遗存与城市发展的主动“共融”，为其他城市尤其是“不以重工业见长”的城市的工业遗存保护利用提供参考。

Abstract Industrial heritages are important cultural resources of cities. After years of exploration, industrial heritages have changed from being a concern to a high expectation. More attentions have been paid to its integrative development with urban development in the light of industrial heritage protection and utilization. In this paper, taking the central urban area of Chengdu City as an example, and combining it with the development opportunities of the city, the author sorts out the industrial heritage and formulates the protection standards of Chengdu City, to explore a set of protection and utilization methods based on "use is the best protection" principle. It provides a reference for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in other cities, especially those cities which are not famous for heavy industry.
