世界级滨水区工业遗产更新策划思考——以杨树浦电厂为例
Renewal Planning of Shanghai Waterfront Industrial Heritage: A Case Study of Yangshupu Power Plant

摘要 在上海 2035 新一轮总体规划建设世界级滨水区的发展背景下，广泛分布于“一江一河”（黄浦江、苏州河）区域的工业遗产保护更新与转型利用更加凸显出重要的意义和价值。本文结合上海滨水区工业遗产多年的改造更新和实践探索经验，以杨树浦电厂为例，研究如何在前期策划及规划阶段将工业遗产的利用与城市发展相结合，体现规划条件对转型更新的支撑，深化地块开发和区域打造的联动作用 , 加强产品业态与空间载体的匹配，将区域打造成为黄浦江滨江重要的公共活动节点及文化创新地标。

Abstract Shanghai 2035 master plan focuses on the construction of world-class waterfront area, which therefore highlights the significance and value of the renewal and transformation of industrial heritage distributed along the Huangpu River and Suzhou River. Based on years of experience of industrial heritage regeneration in Shanghai waterfront area, this article, taking Yangshupu Power Plant as a case, studies how to combine the utilization of industrial heritage and urban development in the early planning stage, which shows the planning parameters' support for the renewal, the stimulation of project construction to regional development, and the match of product forms and spatial carrier, making the region an important public activity gathering point and cultural innovation landmark along the Huangpu River.
