工业遗产地区保护更新的上海实践及其启迪
Shanghai Practice and Its Enlightenment in the Conservation and Regeneration of Industrial Heritage Site

摘要 文章全面回顾国内外工业遗产保护的源起及进程，梳理欧盟工业遗产保护政策和国际工业遗产保护准则，系统地介绍了上海工业遗产保护的机制和规划特色，特别是着重分析了杨浦滨江岸线由“工业锈带”转型为“生活秀带”的城市更新实践探索。在此基础上，结合国内外工业遗产保护的经验，从集体记忆、自然资本、健康生活和全生命周期管理等方面，探讨了工业建成遗产保护更新与可持续发展的规划策略。

Abstract This paper comprehensively reviews the origin and process of industrial heritage conservation at home and abroad, and sorts out European Union (EU) industrial heritage preservation policies and international principles for industrial heritage, and then systematically introduces the mechanism and planning characteristic in Shanghai’s industrial heritage conservation, especially the urban regeneration practice of Yangpu Waterfront from "industrial rust belt" to "life show belt". On this basis, combined with the domestic and foreign industrial heritage site conservation, the planning strategies for the conservation, regeneration and sustainable development of the built industrial heritage are discussed from the aspects of collective memory, natural capital, healthy living, and full life cycle management.
