长三角一体化背景下苏州吴江区空间发展策略研究

摘要 2018 年底长江三角洲区域一体化发展正式上升为国家战略。长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区作为该战略的重要组成部分，将对位于示范区内的苏州市吴江区的发展产生重大影响。本文研究结合示范区建设的政策文件，从生态、空间、产业、交通等多个方面对吴江的现状进行了评估，对吴江未来在示范区内的作用进行了分析；基于对吴江在示范区建设中面临的三个重大转变的判断，提出了吴江的生态文明强化、生活圈营造、创新链构造和文化特色彰显四大战略。以战略为基础，进一步从生态、空间方面具体提出吴江的发展策略与重点，助力示范区的建设。

Abstract The integrated regional development of the Yangtze River Delta officially became a national strategy in China at the end of 2018. The demonstration zone for the ecological and green integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, as one of the most important components of this strategy, will have a great influence on the development of Wujiang District, Suzhou City. Based on the policy documents issued for the demonstration zone, this paper, from the four aspects of ecology, spatial pattern, sector type and transportation, assesses the current condition of Wujiang District and analyzes what are the status and role of Wujiang District in the demonstration zone in the future. According to three major changes that Wujiang District may confront during the developing of the demonstration zone, four strategies are proposed in this paper. They are, respectively, strengthening ecological civilization, building well living circles, creating innovative industrial chains and highlighting the local culture. Then, on the basis of the strategies above, we put forward the key points and priority to Wujiang District’s development, from the perspectives of ecology, spatial pattern, to facilitate building the demonstration zone.
