“积极老龄化”视野下社区整合性养老服务体系建设
Integrated Community Elderly Services under the Perspective of "Active Aging"

摘要 本文提出发展依托社区的整合性养老服务体系，有助于增强老年人口和当地社会的紧密联系，增强老年人口对社会经济活动和公共事务的参与，促进积极老龄化目标的实现。同时，结合城乡社区养老服务体系建设的具体实践，本文论述了如何从空间规划、技术创新、社会治理和公共政策四个方面支持社区整合性养老服务体系的构建。

Abstract The paper suggests aging in places will lead to close involvement for elderly people to social and economic affairs, and emphasizes the significances of developing community-based elderly services on advancing active aging. The paper designs a framework of Integrated Community Elderly Services (ICES), and illustrates that there are four pillars of ICES’s better performance, including spatial planning, technological innovation, social governance, and public policies.
