摘要 信息技术和互联网的快速发展，催生了线上线下融合发展的新型村镇商贸流通模式，大数据、云计算、区块链等技术进一步支撑传统物流向智慧物流转型升级，村镇商贸物流发展迎来新的机遇和挑战。从需求端和供给端分析居民消费升级和村镇商贸发展模式转变；基于城乡双向商品流通体系的诸多困境，结合实际案例，总结具有推广借鉴意义的新兴村镇商贸发展模式和第三方参与的智慧商贸物流服务体系，提出未来村镇商贸发展应充分利用技术革新优势，有效整合各类物流、资金流、信息流，适应差异化、多样化的居民消费需求，形成具有特色的村镇社区商贸价值链创新模式和商贸物流综合服务平台，营建宜业宜居的 “乡村生活圈”，借助信息技术”在线不在城“缓解农村空心化趋势，助力乡村振兴。

Abstract With the rapid development of information technology and internet, a new development mode of commerce and trade circulation integrating online and offline platform in villages and towns has been promoted. Big data, cloud computing, blockchain and other technologies have further supported the transformation and upgrading of traditional logistics to intelligent logistics. In this view, the development of commercial logistics in villages and towns faces new opportunities and challenges. This article analyses the upgrading of residents' consumption and the transformation of the development mode of village and town commerce from both the demand side and the supply side. Based on the predicament of the two-way commodity circulation system in urban and rural areas, combined with practical cases, this paper summarizes the development mode of commerce and trade in emerging villages and towns and the intelligent business and logistics service system with the participation of logistics enterprises. Finally, it is pointed out that the advantages of technological innovation should be fully utilized to effectively integrate varieties of logistics, capital flow and information flow, to meet the diversified consumption needs of residents, to form an innovative mode of business value chain and a comprehensive service platform for business and logistics in village communities, to build a livable rural life circle including industrial employment in villages with the help of internet technologies, and to promote rural revitalization.
