国土空间规划体系重构背景下城市规划行业的发展前景与走向

摘要：伴随着中国改革开放和快速城市化进程，城市规划行业经历了市场化转型，在人员规模、服务领域、业务范围、项目类型等各方面都有很大的发展。“地方政府企业化”和空间规划博弈是影响行业发展的制度因素。国土空间规划体系的重构，对城市规划的政策性、实施性、科学性提出新的要求，城市规划行业面临严峻挑战；但仍具有强大的专业技术优势，在城市建设、城市研究和决策咨询、智慧城市等领域有着广阔的市场前景。未来的行业努力方向是加快专业融合与跨界，提升空间设计水平和推进规划信息化、智能化。

Abstract ：Along with the process of reform and opening-up and rapid urbanization in China, the urban planning industry has experienced a market-oriented transformation and made great progress in personnel scale, service field, business scope, project type and other aspects. Local government's corporatization and department’s competition for spatial planning power are the institutional factors that affect the development of the industry. The reconstruction of territory planning system puts forward new requirements for urban planning industry in strengthening the policy, implementation and science, which brings severe challenges to this industry. However, urban planning industry still has strong professional and technical advantages. It also has broad market opportunities in city construction, urban study, decision-making consultation, smart city and other fields. The future direction of this industry is to speed up professional integration and cross-border, to improve the level of space design and to promote information and intelligent technology in planning.
