曹杨新村社区更新的社会绩效评估—基于社会网络分析方法
Social Contribution Evaluation of Community Renewal in Caoyang Xincun: Based on Social Network Analysis

摘要：本研究运用社会网络理论和分析方法（SNA），对曹杨新村的公共设施和居民行为两个网络进行了分析和对比。从网络结构、中心度、群组3 个方面， 详细考察了设施点布局与居民行为之间的关系，重点从“弱连接”的角度，对社区更新规划中的街道空间和设施空间的社会绩效进行了量化评估，揭示了两类公共空间（线性和节点）在促进居民交往方面的作用机制，为提升工人新村居民满意度和指导下一阶段的社区更新规划方面，提供了理论依据和技术方法。

Abstract ：This research makes analysis of and comparison between two networks of public facilities and residents behaviors with Social Network Analysis method. The relationship and connection between facility layout and local behaviors are investigated through three dimensions of their network: structure, centrality, and block. The study pays special attention to the aspect of “bridging ties” and makes quantitative evaluation of streets/public facilities in Commununity Renewal Planning in terms of social contribution. Moreover, the functional mechanism of these two types of public space (streets/public facilites) is analyzed in the perspectives of their positive effects on residents’ interaction. Based on this, theory and method of SNA are proposed for further improving residents’ satisfaction and guiding Commununity Renewal Planning in the next step.
