摘要 2019 年度全国优秀城市规划设计评选是在大部制改革后举办的首届相关评选活动。参与评选的项目类型丰富，原有的城乡规划体系法定项目减少，规划研究增多，城市治理概念突出。获奖项目积极探索，勇于创新，基于人的需求，从问题出发，多专业、多渠道、多方法地制定详细、综合的解决方案，以构筑更安全、更宜居、更高效、更韧性的城市。

Abstract The 2019 National Excellent Urban Planning and Design Selection is the first related selection activity held after the reform of the major ministries system. There are many types of projects participating in the selection. The original urban-rural planning system has fewer legal projects, more planning research, and the concept of urban governance is prominent. The award-winning projects actively explore and innovate, based on the needs of people, start from the problem, formulate detailed and comprehensive solutions in multiple disciplines, multiple channels, and multiple methods to build a safer, more livable, more efficient, and more resilient city.
