城市轨道交通专项体检指标体系研究

摘要 本文立足国内现有城市体检实践的经验做法，论证了轨道交通相关指标加入城市体检的必要性和可行性，并建议城市体检中的轨道相关指标，应与现有的轨道交通全网建设状况评估以及轨道建设规划实施中期评估错位衔接，在此基础上增加轨道交通精细化发展的引导指标。文章构建了以协调、聚集、便捷、经济和形象五个方面为目标的轨道交通评估指标体系，并提出了相关工作的重点建议。

Abstract Based on the existing domestic urban physical examination practice experience, this paper demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of adding track related indicators into the urban physical examination, and suggested that the track related indicators in the urban physical examination should be mismatched with the current assessment of the construction status of the whole rail network and the midterm assessment of the implementation of the track construction planning. In addition, the guidance indicators of the refined development of the track should be added. This paper constructed a track evaluation index system aiming at coordination, aggregation, convenience, economy, and image, and put forward some key suggestions for related work.
