熟悉的陌生人：认识和改善城市(生活)新视角
Familiar Stranger: A New Perspective for Knowing and Improving Cities (Lives)

摘要 与乡村相比，城市的重要特征是匿名性，这个匿名性是人们对城市里形形色色的人的感受的重要组成。熟悉的陌生人及其背后的人际（接触）网络，是匿名性的一种重要体现，它与城乡规划者关注的空间结构、建成环境、个人特征、人口分布、交通网络、城市创新、居住隔离、公共卫生等对象或概念，有着密切的联系。通过认识、理解并利用好匿名性、熟悉的陌生人、相关人际（接触）网络等，即使是在空间结构、物质环境等不变的情况下，我们也可以更好地改善人们在城市里的感受，形成良好的人际关系，促进科技创新，提高社区安全和公共卫生管理水平。

Abstract As compared to villages, cities are characterized by anonymity, which is an important feeling shared by all walks of life in cities. Familiar stranger and underpinning human (contact) network is an essential reflection of anonymity. It has much to do with concepts or phenomena such as spatial structure, built environment, personal attributes, population distribution, transport network, innovation, segregation, public health that are of relevance to urban and rural planners. By knowing, understanding and utilizing anonymity, familiar stranger and related human (contact) network, we might (can) create and improve feeling of people in cities, social relationship, scientific and technological innovation, community security and public health management even without changing items such as spatial structure and physical environment.
