中国国家公园社区发展策略的研究浅述

摘要 引导国家公园社区健康发展，是我国建设以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系、贯彻生态文明思想的重要内容。本文采用文献研究法，在识别我国国家公园社区现状的基础上，从社区空间管控、社区经济调控、社区人居建设、社区参与治理四个方面总结了我国国家公园社区发展策略的研究进展。在此基础上，根据《建立国家公园体制总体方案》提出的构建协调发展社区的制度要求，提出未来研究应该综合多学科视角，逐步建立社区可持续发展的评价体系，深化社区参与国家公园发展建设的机制研究。

Abstract Guiding the healthy development of National Park communities is an important content of building a nature reserve system with national parks as the main body and implementing the thought of ecological civilization. Using the method of literature research, on the basis of identifying the current situation of National Park communities in China, this paper summarizes the research progress of China's National Park community development strategy from four aspects: community space control, community economic control, community habitat construction and community participation in governance. On this basis, according to the requirements of building a community coordinated development system in the overall plan for the establishment of national park system, it is proposed that future research should integrate a multidisciplinary perspective, gradually establish a community sustainable development evaluation system and deepen the research on the mechanism of community participation in the development of national parks.
