超(特)大城市快速公交功能变化及优化研究——以成都为例

摘要 城市交通系统的规划布局、优化调整等受其所承担的运输功能的直接影响。研究以成都作为超(特)大城市的代表,以手机信令数据,公交刷卡、轨道交通刷卡、共享单车骑行数据分别作为主要研究数据和辅助校核数据,通过对比、量化分析,研判快速公交在不同时段的功能定位。结果表明,在轨道交通加密成网①前,成都快速公交与轨道交通共同发挥着城市骨干运输的作用;在轨道交通加密成网后,成都快速公交的运输功能逐渐转变为围绕轨道交通的“补充辅助”和“接驳延伸”。研究以此为依据,制定了超(特)大城市快速公交“满足需求、避免重合、发挥功能、动态优化”的四大优化原则,并以成都为例进行体系调整。

Abstract The optimization and adjustment of urban transportation system are directly affected by its transportation function. In this study, Chengdu city, the representative of megalopolis, was taken as the research object. The data of mobile phone signaling, bus card swiping, rail transit card swiping and shared bike cycling were respectively taken as the main research data and auxiliary check data. Through comparative and quantitative analysis, the functional positioning of BRT in different periods was studied. The results showed that before the rail transit was encrypted into network, BRT and rail transit in Chengdu city played the role of urban backbone transportation. After the rail transit was encrypted into the network, the transportation function of Chengdu BRT was gradually transformed into the supplement and connection extension around the rail transit. On the basis of this, four optimization principles for the dynamic optimization of BRT functions to meet demand and avoid overlap were formulated, and the system adjustment was carried out in Chengdu city as an example.
