成都市产业功能区规划设计探索

摘要 产业功能区是成都市在对产业区近百年的发展情况进行总结和反思的基础上，以解决产业区发展的现实困境为根本目的，在双循环战略、创新引领发展、生态文明理念等背景之下提出的全新探索。从历史纵深来看，产业功能区是产业区 3.0 版的代表；从时代背景来看，产业功能区是顺应时代背景的产业区发展新路径。本文通过对成都市近年规划工作的总结，结合成都市建设践行新发展理念的公园城市示范区的总体要求。按照产业生态圈理念，提炼出围绕产业生态构筑、核心功能筑强、创新能力提升、生活品质提高四大方面的规划设计经验。

Abstract The industrial functional area is a new exploration put forward by Chengdu city on the basis of summarizing and reflecting on the development of industrial area in the past hundred years, with the fundamental purpose of solving the realistic predicament of industrial area development, and under the background of the idea of ecological civilization development led by innovation of double circulation strategy. From the perspective of historical depth, industrial functional area is the representative of industrial area 3.0. From the perspective of the background of the times, the industrial functional area is a new path for the development of industrial areas. This paper summarized the planning work of Chengdu city in recent years, combined with the overall requirements of Chengdu city to construct the demonstration area of park city in practice of new development concept, and according to the concept of industrial ecological circle, summarized the planning and design experience in four aspects of building innovation ability and improving life quality around the core function of industrial ecological construction.
